Wedding Services Agreement

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

1. Service Description

Wedding Moments Defined provides professional wedding photography, videography, and beauty services including makeup and hair styling for weddings and related events.

2. Booking and Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to secure your wedding date. Final payment is due 30 days before your wedding. Late payments may result in service cancellation.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 90+ days before the wedding: 50% refund. Cancellations made 30-89 days: 25% refund. Cancellations within 30 days: No refund.

4. Liability and Insurance

We carry comprehensive liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the contract value. We are not responsible for venue restrictions or weather conditions.

5. Image Rights and Usage

We retain copyright to all images but grant you unlimited personal use rights. We may use images for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested.

6. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, illness, or government restrictions.
